FSIT CONNECT

Network access portal

FSIT Connect is a guest Wi-Fi sign-in service. Venues such as hotels, cafes, offices and event spaces use it to give their visitors internet access: when a guest joins the Wi-Fi network at a participating venue, a short sign-in page like this one opens automatically in their browser. That page asks the guest to agree to the venue’s acceptable use terms before they are connected, and a venue can choose to also ask for a name and email address, or for a short access code, as part of that same step. Some venues use the sign-in page to display a sponsor’s name alongside their own. FSIT Solutions operates this sign-in service on behalf of the venues that use it, providing the software the page runs on; the venue itself remains responsible for its own guests and their data, and for deciding what it asks a guest to agree to. If you have reached this page directly, rather than by joining a participating Wi-Fi network, there is nothing wrong: no sign-in is needed here, and connecting to a participating network will bring up the venue’s own sign-in page automatically.
